Goal 1: Support development of physician well-being champions.
Goal 2: Develop funding mechanisms for projects related to physician well-being and socialization.
Goal 3: Coordinate well-being activities with other organizations and specialties.

Goal 1: Emphasize relationship-based care as foundational across the spectrum of Family Medicine.
